Hi Dr. Sorial

I just wanted to say Hi and to let you know that you are missed.

Eddie had a bad experience at the dentist a few weeks ago and he had to go back today because his front tooth cracked and half of it broke off. Anyways, he was hollering and hid under the dining room table when he found out that he had to go back to the dentist this morning. Anyways long story short....Hilary took him to another dentist, who specializes with children. My girlfriend recommended her dentist and he referred us to his children's dentist.

The picture that you took with Michael has been on our refrigerator ever since it was taken. Hilary told Eddie that he couldn't take him to see you anymore but that he would take him to another dentist that was "your friend" and that he would be super nice which you were. Eddie took your picture with him to the new dentist and held on to it the whole time. He told everyone there that you were his friend "Dave". You are truly missed.
